The Greater Philadelphia Healthcare Partnership offers high-quality, low-cost training programs specifically tailored to meet the workforce skill development needs of its employer partners. These programs help healthcare workers build human capital and move up or across career pathways, and help Greater Philadelphia employers build the higher-skilled workforce they need to thrive in the increasingly competitive healthcare and human services sector.
Employer partners can select from GPHP's menu of existing training options, or work directly with GPHP Director Susan Thomas to develop customized, competency-based training that addresses key human capital and workforce-credentialing issues. GPHP can also provide its employer partners with other valuable HR services related to workforce recruitment, development and retention, as well as data, industry trends, and information on emerging occupations that can inform strategic workforce planning. |
